Who is online Users browsing this forum: Sarbin, the link you provided takes me to an HP website which provides an executable file to re-install the Intel drivers; but I am a little more than reluctant to use an HP program on a Lenovo machine. I am not able cannlt find any information online related to this event.
Tech support scams are an industry-wide issue where scammers attempt to trick you into paying for unnecessary technical support services. I’m a little nervous about disabling my machine while I am at it I also contacted Gateway technical support and they basically told me to do a recovery.
I figure it is safer to stick to drivers provided by Gateway. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling LMS driver with no luck.
